Originally developed for Online Innovations, this user-friendly system is designed to act as a time management system in small to large enterprises. It is designed to give managers more control over their employee times, projects and tasks.
Timekeeper 2 is a suit of time-tracking desktop applications, a time management tool, a reporting tool on time usage and profitability, and a task management system.
It consists of 3 consoles
Management Console
v Manage Projects (quotes, amounts, deposit requirements etc.)
v Manage Clients (client details& contacts, VAT no’s)
v Manage Tasks (per project, estimates, events, priority levels, etc.)
v Manage Invoicing (intermediate billing, billing, categories, final payments, etc)
Developer Console
v View Assigned Tasks (estimated task times, task list, hours to date, etc.)
v Capture Task Times (start, pause, stop task, add comments, etc.)
v Manage Tasks (reassignments, filter projects, client contact details, etc.)
Service Monitor
v Generates Automated Reports (daily productivity reports, project closure reports)
v E-mail Reports to management (all reports are generated in e-mail form, and sent to one or more recipients)
